Refund policy: The € 600 application fee is divided into a € 100 administrative fee that is at no point refundable, and a € 500 registration fee payable after your registration has been vetted.
If you submit a cancellation notice to the examination secretariat (ebcogexams@gmail.com) in writing prior to June 1st 2026, you are eligible to a 50% credit to a later EBCOG/ESCRH event.
After June 1st, you may still apply for a 50% credit on an upcoming EBCOG/ESCRH event, if you are unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances (e.g. unwell medically, family bereavement, etc.). Please provide documentation to support exceptional circumstances.
